Company Growth

Look, we are serious about the business of infusing bee’s magic. However, this not being a real business, please be kind in understanding it is a branding exercise for a college course, and we’re happy to entertain any requests after this course.

Kindness is what helped us grow personally, which manifested this year through supply donations and discounts from friends and local businesses.
#Grateful #Blessed.

We stand on giants who help us feel bigger, but it is our solo climb upwards which…
aww, just #drinkandbemerry! #healthtothecompany

2020+

Year We Began Accelerating Experience

AP – Lockdown Honey, 2020, Minneapolis, MN.
Boredom is a quaint word to describe what drove us to begin brewing. Such a witchy word, “brewing.” So, to avoid external health risks and cost of then obtaining adult beverages, we leaned into my prior brewing witchy ways of yore, augmented by plenty of hours lost to the Tubes-of-You. Supplies were procured and equipment sanitized within an inch of its life. We proceeded to shake-weight-style conflate our proprietary blend of honeys, the finest local spring water (sans boil), and other flavors,
together with the finest of yeasts.

Little did we know that this activity would
equate drying-of-the-paint observations.
More boredom = make more?
Yes, indeed, honey!

Our Process

01

Must Mix

Water, Honey, & Yeast, At Least

We sanitize our equipment to within an inch of its life and in a large food-grade bucket, we combine the artisanal local water boiled with the honey. This mixture cools down to room temperature and then the activated yeast is added to the “must.” Additional flavors can be added at this step.

02

Hydrometer Hive

Flavoring, Testing, & Racking

We again sanitize everything before we check for doneness (yeast has consumed most of the sugars). Depending on the brew, we may add other ingredients, such as oaks, before or during this step and let rest a bit longer. Once we have cleared the brew, we “rack” or transfer the brew to a sanitized secondary vessel.

03

Bottled Bee’s Magic

Bottling Brews

Perhaps the most involved portion is the bottleling process. Once our brew has aged a bit longer in secondary, we boil/sanitize our bottles and corks and watch the elixir flow faster than honey into each bottle before it is corked and labled. Then it’s off to a dark, basement for storage.

Sample & savor

Buzz On

We work hard and enjoy our down time sampling and sipping. We even cook with our products! Try this yourself tonight. Oh, wait, you can’t because nothing is for sale. Well, then get to know us well in person for your chance to join us and “Buzz On!”
